Privacy policy

Data comes only from forms submitted by the user and from technical website systems.

Data is used to process a request, respond to the user, prepare a consultation, operate the website, prevent abuse, and, only with separate consent, measure website traffic with Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica when those services are configured. We do not accept patient scans or other files through public forms.

When the AI chat is used, the entered messages and a limited conversation history are sent through OpenRouter to an external AI provider to generate a response. We do not store chat history in the project database. Do not enter names, phone numbers, emails, scans, diagnoses, or other medical information in the chat.

Requests are stored in the project's database on infrastructure selected by the controller. Telegram receives only a notification with the user's name and a link to the request in the closed admin panel; phone numbers, emails, messages, and files are not sent there. The actual retention period and access list must be approved by the controller before publication.

A user may request information about processing, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or data to be deleted, and withdraw consent where permitted by law. Requests can be sent to book_visit@perfectsmile.by.
